GLIME Integration Guide
Everything you need to connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Razorpay and your other business tools to GLIME safely. Every connection uses the provider's own secure sign-in. You never give GLIME your passwords.
Overview
GLIME is an AI business workspace. Integrations let GLIME work with the tools your business already uses, so your customers, conversations, payments and data stay in sync. This guide covers only integrations that GLIME supports today. If something is not listed here, it is not available yet.

How GLIME connects to your accounts
GLIME connects to every provider through OAuth, the industry-standard method for giving an app limited access to an account without sharing a password. Instead of typing your Facebook, Instagram, Razorpay or Google password into GLIME, you sign in on the provider's own website and approve exactly what GLIME may do.
Why this is safer
No passwords shared
GLIME never sees or stores your Facebook, Instagram, Razorpay or Google password.
Limited access
Access is limited to what you approve on the provider's screen.
Easy to revoke
You can disconnect in GLIME at any time and also remove access in the provider's settings.
Security and data protection
Security is built into how GLIME handles every integration.
| Topic | How GLIME handles it |
|---|---|
| Passwords | GLIME does not receive or store your passwords for third-party accounts. You sign in on the provider's own site. |
| Access tokens | Tokens issued by providers are kept on GLIME's servers in encrypted form. They are never shown in your browser. |
| API secrets | The GLIME web app contains no provider secrets. Provider authorization is handled by GLIME's backend, and the browser only receives the sign-in address. |
| Permissions | Where a connector has permissions, you can switch each one ON or OFF. Changes apply immediately and are enforced on the server, not just in the page. |
| Honest status | A connector is shown as Connected only when GLIME's real data confirms it. |
| Your payments | Orders are marked Paid only when the payment provider confirms them. They cannot be marked paid by hand. |
| Secure transport | GLIME runs on HTTPS. Only connect when the address bar shows a secure connection. |
Shared responsibility
| GLIME is responsible for | You are responsible for |
|---|---|
|
|
Never share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, API keys, Key Secrets, webhook secrets or access tokens with anyone, including GLIME support. GLIME will never ask for them. Never paste them into chats, DMs, email, AI chat, the Knowledge Base, service descriptions or notes.

Before you begin
A few minutes of preparation makes every connection smooth.
- A GLIME account that is signed in and active.
- The right access. You must be able to approve apps on the account you are connecting (for example admin access to your Meta Business or Razorpay account).
- The right browser. Use an up-to-date browser. Allow pop-ups for glime.online, because Meta opens a sign-up window. Temporarily disable ad blockers if a sign-in window does not open.
- Your devices. Keep your phone nearby in case the provider sends a verification code.
- Module access. Make sure the module you need is active on your account.
Connect one integration at a time and confirm the Connected badge before moving to the next one.
WhatsApp Business
GLIME uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business sign-up flow. Your customers' WhatsApp chats appear in the WhatsApp Sales inbox, where AI can suggest or send replies.
Requirements
- A Facebook / Meta account that can manage your business's WhatsApp Business account.
- The WhatsApp phone number you want to use, with access to it for verification if Meta asks.
Set up
- Sign in to GLIME and open WhatsApp Sales from the left menu.
- Click Connect in the top right.
- In the window that opens, click Continue with Meta →.
- In the Meta window, choose or create your business account and WhatsApp number. Read the permissions Meta shows and approve them.
- GLIME shows “Verifying Meta connection…” and then “WhatsApp connected successfully.” The page reloads.
- Confirm the top badge says ● WhatsApp connected.
Meta shows the exact permissions on its own screen during step 4. Approve only what that screen asks for. You can later change or remove GLIME's access in your Meta Business settings.
After connecting
| Feature | What to know |
|---|---|
| AI sales modes | AUTO: AI can send. AI + APPROVAL: you approve each reply. MANUAL: you send. |
| 24-hour window | WhatsApp allows free-form replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. GLIME shows “24h window closed” when it has passed. |
| Attachments | Images JPEG/PNG up to 5 MB, video MP4 up to 16 MB, audio MP3/OGG up to 16 MB, stickers WebP up to 500 KB, documents (PDF, TXT, CSV, JSON, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX) up to 25 MB. |
| Message retention | Per chat you can choose Off, 24 hours, 7 days or 90 days. It applies to future messages only. |
| Deleting | Deleting a message or chat in GLIME does not delete it from the customer's WhatsApp. |
| Voice calls | Not supported in GLIME's WhatsApp integration. |
Channel controls
Under Settings → Channels → WhatsApp you can switch the channel on or off, allow AI replies, allow automation, allow follow-ups and set the AI mode (Manual, Approval or Automatic).
Disconnect
Settings → Channels → WhatsApp → Disconnect WhatsApp. This stops GLIME's connection. Saved customer and conversation data is not deleted.
Connect your Instagram account so customer DMs appear in the Instagram Sales inbox, with AI suggestions, lead capture and order attribution.
Requirements
- The Instagram account you want to connect and its login.
- An account type that Meta allows for Instagram messaging (for example a professional account). Meta sets these rules, so check Meta's documentation for the current requirements.
Set up
- Open Instagram Sales from the left menu.
- Click Connect Instagram in the top right.
- GLIME takes you to Instagram / Meta's official authorization page. Sign in if asked and approve the permissions shown.
- You return to GLIME. The top badge shows ● Connected @yourusername.
Staying connected
If the badge says ● Token expired, click Reconnect and approve again. This is a normal Meta safety feature.
Good to know
- The same three AI modes as WhatsApp are available: AUTO, AI + APPROVAL and MANUAL.
- Instagram replies are limited to 2000 characters.
- You can add an Instagram customer to Leads in one click.
Disconnect
Settings → Channels → Instagram → Disconnect Instagram. Saved conversations are not deleted.
Razorpay
Razorpay appears in GLIME in two different ways. They are separate, so please do not mix them up.
| A. Your Razorpay account | B. Paying GLIME | |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Let GLIME work with payments of your business | You pay GLIME for plans, wallet, AI credits or storage |
| Where | Settings → Connector | Billing |
| Money flows | Your customers → your Razorpay account | You → GLIME |
A. Connect your own Razorpay account
Requirements: an active Razorpay account with Live mode access, and permission to approve third-party apps on it.
- Open Settings → Connector.
- Find Razorpay under Payments and click Connect.
- GLIME sends you to Razorpay's official page (
auth.razorpay.com). Sign in and approve. - You return to Settings → Connector and see “Razorpay connected successfully.” The card shows Connected ✓, your account and the mode (Live).
You do not enter your Razorpay Key ID or Key Secret anywhere in GLIME.
Permissions you control
| Permission | What it allows | Risk |
|---|---|---|
| Razorpay: Read payments | GLIME can read payments | Read only |
| Razorpay: Create payments | GLIME can create payments | Changes data |
| Razorpay: Create refunds | GLIME can create refunds | Changes data |
Recommended: keep Create payments and Create refunds OFF unless you specifically need them. If a switch says reconnect to enable, disconnect and connect again to grant that access.
B. Paying GLIME on the Billing page
When you buy a plan, add wallet balance (minimum ₹100), buy AI credits or add storage, GLIME opens the official Razorpay Checkout window. After you pay, GLIME confirms the payment securely with the provider and refreshes your status. If it still shows pending, wait a minute and click Refresh.
Disconnect
On the Razorpay card click Disconnect Razorpay. GLIME removes its saved Razorpay access and permissions. Your payments in Razorpay are not affected. As an extra precaution, also review authorized apps in your Razorpay dashboard.
UPI
GLIME does not have a separate UPI integration that you connect with a UPI ID. Here is exactly how UPI relates to GLIME:
| Situation | How it works |
|---|---|
| You pay GLIME | Payment goes through Razorpay Checkout. Razorpay decides which payment methods appear in that window. |
| Your customers pay you | Collected through your own Razorpay account (Section 7). GLIME does not take or store your personal UPI ID for this. |
| Partner Program | Partners can save a UPI ID or bank account on the partner dashboard so commissions can be paid out. This is for payouts only. |
Never share your UPI PIN with anyone. GLIME will never ask for it. A customer paying you directly to a personal UPI ID is not verified by GLIME. Confirm it in your bank app first (see Section 9).
Payment verification
Screenshots can be edited or faked. Never ship goods or mark an order as paid because a customer sent a screenshot, a “payment successful” image or a forwarded SMS.
How GLIME handles payments
- In Orders, a payment shows as Paid only when the payment provider confirms it. You cannot mark an order paid by hand. The order form only offers “No online payment needed” or “Payment pending”.
- Open an order and check Payment. Each recorded payment shows status, amount, method, provider, Transaction ID, time, and Verification: ✓ Verified (signature checked) and ✓ Reconciled.
- If no payment is recorded, treat the order as unpaid.
Checklist before you ship
- The order's payment status is Paid (not Pending or Processing).
- The payment row shows ✓ Verified.
- The Transaction ID and amount match the payment in your Razorpay Dashboard or bank statement.
- The amount equals the order total.
- If anything does not match, do not ship. Ask the customer to pay again through an official payment link, or check with Razorpay.
Payments sent straight to a personal UPI ID or bank account are not verified by GLIME. Confirm them in your own bank app or statement, never from a customer's screenshot.
Google Sheets and Google Calendar
Both connect through Google's official sign-in. Each is its own card under Settings → Connector → Google Workspace.
Connect
- Open Settings → Connector.
- On Google Sheets or Google Calendar, click Connect.
- Sign in on Google's page and approve access.
- You return to GLIME and see a success message and the connected Google account.
| Connector | Permissions | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Google Sheets | Read spreadsheets Write / edit cells changes data | Let GLIME read or update your business spreadsheets. |
| Google Calendar | Read calendars and events Create, edit and delete events changes data | Choose a calendar, see the next 30 days, and create, edit or delete events from GLIME. |
Disconnect
Use the Disconnect button on the card. GLIME's access to your Google account is revoked and its permissions are removed. Your spreadsheets and calendar events in Google are not deleted.
Shopify
Connect your Shopify store so GLIME AI can answer customer questions from your real products and stock.
GLIME gets read-only access to products and inventory. It does not get orders, customers or any write access.
Set up
- Open Settings → Connector and click Connect on Shopify.
- Enter your store address, such as
your-store.myshopify.com. - Click Connect Shopify and approve read-only access on Shopify.
- You return to GLIME and see Connected with your store name.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect Shopify. GLIME removes its saved access. To fully revoke access, also uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
ChatGPT and Claude
You can let an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude work with a limited set of your GLIME business data, using a secure MCP connection that you approve.
Set up
- Open Settings → Connector and click Open setup on ChatGPT or Claude.
- Copy the GLIME MCP endpoint shown on the card.
- In ChatGPT or Claude, start the “Add MCP / connector” flow and paste the endpoint.
- On the GLIME consent screen, sign in to your GLIME account, review the requested permissions, then approve (or Deny).
- Return to Settings → Connector. The card shows Connected.
What can be accessed
Access is controlled by GLIME and enforced on the server. The permissions list under Settings → Connector shows each one as ALLOWED or BLOCKED.
| Area | Possible permissions |
|---|---|
| Leads | Read, create, update, delete |
| Follow-ups | Read, create, update, delete |
| Services | Read, create, update, delete |
| Database / SQL / schema | Always blocked |
| Source code, prompts, secrets | Always blocked |
| Reports, analytics and unrelated data | Always blocked |
No database or source-code access is ever granted.
Shiprocket Cargo and coming soon
Shiprocket Cargo
A Shiprocket Cargo card is available at the bottom of Settings → Connector. Its card shows its own status and the steps to follow.
Coming soon
These appear in Settings → Connector but are not available yet: Gmail, Google Drive and Slack. We will add them to this guide when they launch.
Order shipping details can be entered manually on each order. No shipment is booked automatically unless a courier connection is active.
Managing and disconnecting integrations
Review permissions
On any connected card, switch permissions OFF to stop GLIME AI from using them. Changes apply immediately.
Disconnect in GLIME
Use the Disconnect button on the card, or Settings → Channels for WhatsApp and Instagram.
Revoke at the provider
For a full clean-up, also remove GLIME from authorized apps in Meta, Google, Razorpay or Shopify.
When someone leaves your team
- Change the passwords of shared accounts.
- Remove their access in Meta Business, Google, Razorpay and Shopify.
- If unsure, disconnect and reconnect the integrations yourself.
If you suspect a leak
- Disconnect the integration in GLIME.
- Revoke GLIME's access in the provider's settings.
- Change your passwords and review recent activity.
- Contact GLIME support.
