Information GLIME collects
Depending on the features you use, GLIME collects or processes the information needed to create your account, connect your channels and tools, run conversations and orders, communicate with you, and keep the service secure and reliable.
Account information
Name, email address, sign-in details and other information linked to your GLIME account.
Business information
Business name and details, services, prices, FAQs, policies and other knowledge you add for your business.
Channel account information
Identifiers and connection details for your authorized WhatsApp Business and Instagram accounts, such as phone, account and page identifiers.
Conversations and messages
Message content, sender and recipient identifiers, usernames or phone numbers, timestamps, delivery or read status, message templates, and files or images that customers or you send in a conversation.
Customer, lead and order information
Details your customers share or you record, such as name, contact details, delivery address, interests, budget, products requested, leads, orders and follow-ups.
Store, payment and shipping information
Product catalog and order data from a connected store, payment and transaction status, and shipment details from connected shipping tools.
Files and media you upload
Images, videos and documents you add to services or send in conversations.
Voice information
Where you use voice features: call details and, where enabled, call transcripts or related records.
Usage, device & log information
Technical, security and diagnostic information such as device and browser type, pages used and error logs.
Connected platforms & tools
GLIME works with platforms that you choose to connect. We access only what the connection allows and what you authorize, and use it only for the features you turn on.
WhatsApp Business Platform
Connect your account, show conversations, send and receive messages, and manage message templates.
Show your Instagram direct messages in GLIME, send replies, and understand which post or story a customer is asking about.
Shopify
Read your product catalog so GLIME can show products and prices to customers in a conversation, and create orders in your store from those conversations and send the order details for processing.
Razorpay and UPI payments
Process GLIME subscription payments and, where you connect your own account, collect payments from your customers. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with the payment provider; GLIME generally receives only payment status and transaction identifiers such as order and payment IDs.
Shipping tools
Where you connect a shipping service, GLIME shares the delivery details needed to create and track shipments.
The platforms you connect have their own terms and privacy practices, which also apply to your use of them. Available integrations may change over time.
How GLIME uses information
GLIME uses information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service and the features you have authorized and requested.
Provide the service
Create your account, maintain your connections, show conversations, send and receive messages, and manage services, leads, customers and orders.
Power AI replies and suggestions
Draft, suggest or send replies and sales follow-ups using your business information and the conversation.
Process orders and payments
Create and track orders, confirm payments, and coordinate shipping through the tools you connect.
Keep GLIME safe and reliable
Detect abuse and fraud, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, fix problems and secure the platform.
Support, notices and legal duties
Respond to you, send service and security notices, handle billing, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
AI processing
GLIME AI reads the conversation together with the services, prices and knowledge you have added for your business to write replies. To do this, relevant content is sent to AI service providers that process it on our behalf to generate the response.
You choose whether the AI sends automatically, waits for your approval, or only suggests replies, and you can set daily limits. Your business information is kept under your account and is not used to answer customers of other businesses.
Your authorization & control
Storage, security & encryption
GLIME stores information on secure cloud infrastructure and applies technical and organizational controls intended to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet or cloud system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
See our Security page for more detail, including how to report a vulnerability.
