We believe business owners should be able to focus on running their business instead of trying to understand which AI model, automation tool, integration or technical system they need.
THE FOUNDER JOURNEY
The problem I couldn’t ignore.

Business owners work hard to get enquiries, through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls and walk-ins. But once an enquiry arrives, everything depends on how fast someone replies and whether anyone follows up. When replies come late and follow-ups slip, the customer quietly moves on, and the owner never even knows what was lost.
This is not a small problem. India has over 8.84 crore enterprises registered on the Udyam portals (as of 30 June 2026), and many of them are run by the owner and a handful of people. For each of these businesses, a missed enquiry is revenue that already arrived and was never collected.
That is where the growth is. Without spending more on advertising, a business can grow by answering every enquiry quickly, following up on time, and knowing which leads deserve the next call. This should be possible for a small business, not only for a large company.
GLIME exists to close that gap: one system that captures every enquiry, responds fast, follows up on time, and shows the owner what is actually turning into customers.
