Who this applies to
This policy applies to every business, team member and partner who uses GLIME, and to everything sent or published through GLIME — including messages written by a person and replies generated or suggested by GLIME AI. You are responsible for how your account is used.
When you connect WhatsApp or Instagram you must also follow Meta’s own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and the Instagram platform terms. Where they are stricter than this policy, the stricter rule applies.
Customer consent
Message only people who want to hear from you. Using GLIME to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages is not allowed.
Get opt-in first
Before you start a conversation or send a template, make sure the customer has agreed to receive messages from your business on that channel.
Respect opt-out immediately
If someone asks you to stop, stop. Do not message them again unless they clearly ask you to.
Stay inside the messaging windows
Follow the replying rules of each platform, including the limited window for free-form replies and the use of approved templates outside it.
Send relevant messages only
Keep messages about what the customer asked for or agreed to. Do not use follow-ups to pressure, harass or flood people.
What is not allowed
You may not use GLIME, or its AI, to send, create or support any of the following:
Fraud & deception
Scams, phishing, fake offers, false prices, impersonating another person or brand, or collecting money for goods or services you do not intend to provide.
Illegal activity
Anything that breaks the law that applies to you or your customers, or that helps someone else break it.
Harassment & hate
Threats, bullying, abuse, hate speech, or content that targets people for who they are.
Sexual or harmful content
Sexually explicit material, content that exploits or endangers children, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
Malware & abuse of links
Viruses, malicious links or files, or anything that tries to harm or take over a customer’s device or account.
Spam & manipulation
Unsolicited bulk messaging, fake reviews or engagement, or anything meant to mislead people or platforms.
Restricted businesses
Meta restricts or bans some kinds of goods and services on WhatsApp and Instagram, for example illegal drugs, weapons, tobacco, adult content, and certain gambling, lottery, real-money gaming or financial offers. If your business sells anything in these areas, you must have the permissions the law and the platform require, and you may not use GLIME to promote or sell items that the platforms prohibit.
If you are not sure whether your products are allowed, check Meta’s current policies or ask us before you connect. Platform rules change, and a policy violation can lead to the platform restricting your account or ours.
Using AI responsibly
GLIME AI answers using the services, prices and knowledge you provide. You stay responsible for what it says on your behalf.
GLIME AI is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Do not configure it to give such advice as if it came from a licensed professional.
Customer data
Customer conversations contain personal information. Use it only to serve that customer and run your business, and handle it according to our Privacy Policy and the laws that apply to you.
Protecting the platform
To keep GLIME reliable and safe for everyone, you may not:
Break or bypass limits
Avoid daily limits, rate limits, plan limits or other controls by technical tricks or multiple accounts.
Attack or probe the service
Scan for weaknesses, overload the service, or try to access another business’s data or an area you are not allowed to enter.
Copy or resell without permission
Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell GLIME or its AI outputs except where we have agreed in writing.
Share access carelessly
Share your login or connected-account access with people who should not have it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Enforcement
If this policy is broken, or if a platform or the law requires it, GLIME may take action to protect customers, other clients and the service. Depending on how serious or repeated the problem is, we may:
Warn and ask for a fix
Tell you what is wrong and ask you to correct it.
Limit or pause features
Remove content, pause messaging, disconnect a channel or turn off AI sending while the issue is resolved.
Suspend or end the account
For serious or repeated violations, or where there is a risk to people or to the platforms we connect to. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Where possible we will tell you why action was taken. If you think we made a mistake, write to us and we will review it.
Reporting & questions
If you received an unwanted or harmful message sent through GLIME, or you have a question about this policy, contact us. Include the business name or number that contacted you and, where possible, a screenshot.
Tell us what happened
We take reports seriously and will look into every one.
We may update this policy as GLIME or platform rules change. If the change is material, we will revise the effective date above. See also our Terms and Privacy Policy.
