Our approach
GLIME is built so that each business sees only its own data, access requires a signed-in account, and sensitive actions happen on the server rather than in the browser. We keep the design simple and review it as the product grows.
No online service can promise perfect security. We describe what we do, not guarantees we cannot make, and we improve it over time.
How data is protected
WhatsApp & Instagram connections
You connect your channels yourself through Meta’s own authorization screens. GLIME only gets the access you approve there, and uses it to provide the features you enabled.
AI and your data
GLIME AI answers customers using the services you publish and the knowledge you add for your business. Your business knowledge is kept under your account and is not used to answer customers of other businesses.
You control sending
Choose Auto, AI + Approval or Manual mode so you decide how much the AI sends on its own.
You control the limits
Set daily limits for WhatsApp and Instagram in Settings → Automation.
You control the content
Edit or delete services and knowledge at any time. Removing a service deletes it with its pricing, variants and media.
Your responsibilities
Security is shared. These habits protect your account the most:
Strong, unique password
Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and never share it.
Protect your devices
Keep your phone and computer locked and updated, and log out on shared devices.
Control who has access
Do not hand your login to others, and change your password when someone leaves your team.
Watch for phishing
GLIME will never ask for your password or an OTP by message. Check the address says glime.online before you sign in.
If something goes wrong
If we confirm a security incident that affects your data, we will investigate, take steps to contain it, and tell affected clients as required by applicable law. If you notice anything unusual in your account, such as messages you did not send or sign-ins you do not recognize, change your password and contact us straight away.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you found a security weakness in GLIME, please tell us privately so we can fix it before it can be misused. Include what you found, the page or feature, and the steps to reproduce it.
Responsible disclosure
Please do not access other people’s data, disrupt the service or share the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. We will review every report.
We may update this page as our practices change. See also our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
