Overview
The GLIME Partner Program lets you earn recurring commission by recommending GLIME to businesses that sell and support customers on WhatsApp and Instagram. You share a personal referral link. When a business signs up through it and starts a paid plan, you earn a percentage of what GLIME receives from that customer for life, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Getting started
Join with Google
Open the Partner Program page and choose Continue with Google. Your partner account is created immediately and the partner dashboard opens.
Find your referral link
In the dashboard, open Referral link. Copy your personal link, or add an optional campaign tag to see which channel works best.
Share it
Send it to clients, colleagues or your audience. The dashboard includes ready-to-use messages you can adjust to your own voice.
Add payout details
Open Payouts and save a UPI ID or bank account so your commission can be paid as soon as it is available.
Track results
Follow clicks, sign-ups, active customers and earnings in Overview, Referrals and Earnings.
Commission & tiers
How commission is calculated
You earn a percentage of the subscription fees GLIME actually receives from each customer attributed to you, for life: every month that customer stays on a paid plan, starting from their first paid payment. Commission is calculated on the amount received after taxes (such as GST), refunds, chargebacks and third-party payment fees.
Lifetime commission
- Commission continues every month for as long as the referred customer remains on a paid plan and attributed to you. There is no 12 or 24 month limit.
- It stops when the customer cancels or their payments stop. Commission on a refunded or reversed payment is reversed too.
- "Lifetime" means the life of that customer's subscription, not a guarantee of any amount. Program terms can change, and changes apply going forward.
Tiers
Your tier is based on how many attributed customers are actively paying at the moment. It updates automatically.
| Tier | Active paying customers | Commission rate |
|---|

Referral tracking
How a referral is attributed
- When someone opens your referral link, GLIME stores your partner code in their browser for 60 days.
- If they create a GLIME account within that window, the new account is attributed to you.
- If someone clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent click within the window is credited.
- Only new GLIME accounts qualify. Existing customers cannot be attributed to a partner.
Things that can affect tracking
Private browsing, cleared cookies, blockers or switching device between the click and the sign-up can prevent attribution. If you believe a referral was missed, contact us with the customer's business name and the date they signed up, and we will review it.
Campaign tags
Add a short tag such as instagram-bio to your link to see how each place you share performs. Tags do not change your commission.
Payouts
- Minimum payout: ₹1,000. If your balance is lower, it rolls over to the next month.
- Methods: UPI or bank transfer. Add or change your details in the dashboard under Payouts.
- Refunds and chargebacks: if a customer's payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission is reversed too. If it was already paid, it may be deducted from a future payout.
- Taxes: commission may be subject to applicable taxes. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. GLIME may ask for tax details where the law requires it.
Brand guidelines
You are welcome to talk about GLIME. Please do it in a way that is accurate and recognisable as your own recommendation.
Do
- Write GLIME in capital letters.
- Describe GLIME as a tool that helps businesses manage WhatsApp and Instagram conversations, leads, orders and follow-ups.
- Mention current plan prices only as listed on the GLIME website, and say prices can change.
- Be clear that you are a GLIME partner and earn commission.
Don't
- Promise income, sales or results that GLIME does not guarantee.
- Present yourself as GLIME, an employee of GLIME or an official GLIME representative.
- Alter, distort or recolour the GLIME logo.
- Use GLIME, its logo or a confusingly similar name in your own business name, domain or social handle.
Program policies
These rules keep the program fair for customers, for GLIME and for every partner.
Not allowed
- Self-referral. Signing up yourself, or through an account you own or control, using your own link.
- Spam. Unsolicited bulk messages, mass tagging, or posting your link in places where it is not welcome.
- Misleading claims. False statements about GLIME, its pricing, features, results or about your relationship with GLIME.
- Paid search on GLIME terms. Bidding on "GLIME" or close variations in paid search advertising.
- Incentive abuse. Offering cash or gifts to people to sign up, creating fake accounts, or any attempt to inflate clicks, sign-ups or payments.
- Unlawful content. Sharing your link alongside unlawful, hateful or adult content.
What happens if a rule is broken
GLIME may withhold or reverse commission connected to the violation, suspend your partner account, or remove you from the program. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Partner Terms
By continuing with Google on the Partner Program page, you agree to these terms, together with GLIME's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Relationship. You take part as an independent partner. Nothing here makes you an employee, agent, franchisee or joint venturer of GLIME, and you may not make commitments on GLIME's behalf.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, and you must give accurate account and payout information.
- Commission. You earn commission as described in Commission & tiers. GLIME decides whether a customer qualifies, and its records of clicks, sign-ups and payments are used to calculate commission.
- Payouts. Commission is paid as described in Payouts, after the hold period and subject to the minimum payout.
- Compliance. You will follow the program policies, the brand guidelines and all laws that apply to your promotion, including advertising, consumer protection, anti-spam and data protection laws.
- Disclosure. You will make it clear when you earn commission from a recommendation, wherever the law or platform rules require it.
- Personal data. You will not collect or share personal data about people you refer on GLIME's behalf, and you will handle any personal data you hold in line with the law.
- Changes. GLIME may change the program, commission rates, tiers or these terms. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect commission already earned.
- Suspension and ending. You may leave the program at any time. GLIME may suspend or end your participation for a policy breach or for any other reason with notice. On ending, commission earned and not reversed is paid in the normal cycle.
- Liability. GLIME does not guarantee any level of earnings. To the extent the law allows, GLIME's liability to you is limited to commission earned and unpaid.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location stated in GLIME's Terms of Service.
This is a plain-language summary of how the program works. Please read it carefully, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and there are no sales targets.
Do I need to be a GLIME customer?
No. Partner accounts are separate from client accounts.
How long do I earn commission on a customer?
For life. You keep earning every month for as long as the customer stays on a paid plan and attributed to you. It stops only when they cancel or stop paying.
Which sign-in methods are supported?
Google. Use the same Google account each time to reach the same partner dashboard.
When does a customer count towards my tier?
When they are actively paying and attributed to you. Customers on a free trial, or who have cancelled, are not counted.
Why is my commission pending?
New commission is held for 30 days to cover the refund window. It then becomes available and is paid on the next payout date.
What if my balance is below the minimum?
It rolls over. It will be paid once your available balance reaches ₹1,000.
Can I run ads for my link?
Yes, within the policies. Do not bid on GLIME brand terms in paid search, and keep all claims accurate.
A customer I referred is not showing up. What should I do?
Check that they signed up within 60 days of clicking your link on the same browser. If it still looks wrong, contact us with their business name and sign-up date.
How do I stop being a partner?
Stop sharing your link and contact us to close your partner account. Earned, non-reversed commission is still paid.
