PRIVACY

Your information. Handled responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information GLIME collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we handle deletion of that information.

01

Information We Collect

When you contact GLIME or submit a business enquiry, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide.

  • Full name
  • Business or creator name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • City, state or province, and country
  • Project requirements or business information submitted through an enquiry form

We only ask for information that is relevant to understanding your enquiry, communicating with you, or delivering an agreed service.

02

How We Use Information

Information submitted to GLIME may be used to:

  • Respond to your enquiry.
  • Understand your business requirements.
  • Discuss potential projects and services.
  • Prepare or manage an agreed project.
  • Communicate with you about an active client relationship.
  • Improve our website, workflows and services.

We do not need your information for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell your personal information as part of our normal business operations.

03

Storage & Security

GLIME uses Supabase-based infrastructure for certain application and client-data storage.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security of information transmitted or stored online.

04

Data Retention

GLIME follows a limited-retention approach.

Enquiry that does not become a client

If we determine that an enquiry will not proceed into a client relationship, the relevant enquiry information will be deleted once it is no longer required for the enquiry.

Active client

Client information may be retained while the client relationship is active.

After the client relationship ends

Client data is intended to be deleted approximately two months after the client relationship ends, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate legal, accounting or contractual reasons.

05

AI Problem Solver

The current GLIME AI Problem Solver uses JavaScript-based logic running within the application.

At the current stage, the Problem Solver does not send submitted information to an external AI provider API such as OpenAI or Gemini.

If GLIME later introduces an external AI service that processes personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the relevant processing before that change is relied upon.

06

Your Choices

You may contact GLIME if you want to ask about information we hold about you or request deletion of information that is no longer required.

Where applicable, requests will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply to the relevant processing of personal data.

We may need to verify the identity of the person making a request before taking action on certain requests.
