Do the agents really talk to each other?

Yes. They share one business brain and one knowledge base, and they pass information along: Instagram hands the customer to WhatsApp, Follow-up reads both chats, Growth Intelligence reads your leads, orders and payments, and Anaya works across all of it.

Is there one AI brain or many?

One. WhatsApp, Instagram and Voice use the same central AI brain and knowledge base, which you set up once in Settings. That is why every channel gives consistent answers.

How does WhatsApp know a customer came from Instagram?

When the customer taps the WhatsApp button in Instagram, the WhatsApp side knows the source is Instagram. In the background, the Instagram and WhatsApp chats are linked to the same lead.

Which agent takes payment?

Only the WhatsApp Sales Specialist. It generates the payment, takes it, sends your branded invoice and shares delivery updates.

What needs my approval?

Follow-ups drafted by the Follow-up agent and messages prepared by Anaya wait for your approval. Nothing is sent before you approve.

Do I have to turn on all five agents?
